Well, we had a wonderful time this past weekend at FantaSciCon in Dalton, GA. I’d like to thank everyone that came out to enjoy the event with us, and there were many fun moments to be had. It was great seeing old faces and great making new friends. I cannot wait for the next convention…
Just thought I’d pass this along. Ed Crandell had a visit from someone dressed as Ms. Keym from his west world series. I must say, as a writer, this has got to be one of the coolest of experiences.

It’s Tom Shallowhorne’s final stand against the forces of evil and corruption…
War has engulfed planet Endía! Greedy worlds bent on seizing the planet’s precious Iathiam ore have united with the eccentric industrialist, Victor Hawthorne, in an all-out attack to crush Endía’s inhabitants once and for all. Determined to preserve their world, Tom Shallowhorne and the other colonists join forces with the noble Chief Running Wind and the native Endíans in a battle to end all battles.
In an attempt to aid Shallowhorne, the stalwart Captain Julius Vernon and his unexpected allies try to prevent an armada of Hawthorne’s starships from getting to Endía’s surface with additional enemy soldiers and weapons of war. Little does everyone know that the mysterious armored gunslinger, Gnomon Chase, has set events in motion that will turn the tide of the entire battle as the West World saga is brought to an exciting and triumphant conclusion!

After quite a few problems getting things to run right on the site, I’ve switched us to a new web host. So far the performance is notably improved. I hope this time it works out better.
Wow! It has been a long time since things have been moving around here, but that is all about to change. There are several projects still in the works, the front most of which is the completion of our first Aberrant Dreams anthology, The Awakening. That’s right, the title is not dead, but is in fact nearly complete. The signed limited version is already in hand, and the pre-orders are being sent out. After that is complete, the remaining editions of the book will come next.
Additionally, The sequel to Gate of Souls, by Verna McKinnon, is in the works. This one is titled, Tree of Bones, and takes the fantasy adventure series in a darker direction full of intrigue and evil plots.
I am also pleased to announce that Aberrant Dreams has also taken on another series, this one by author Ed Crandell. His sci-fi/western series, West World, will be joining the ranks of Aberrant dreams very soon.
One last thing to mention, we will also be bring back the printed version of Aberrant Dreams later on during 2013, this time as a chapbook style series. Aberrant Dreams Classics will feature some of my favorite stories, those that originally brought inspiration to me. Throughout its run, such authors as M. R. James, Charles Dickens, Sir Author Conan Doyle, Maurice Level, and many others will make various appearances to entice and chill the readers like few have even managed.
Anyway, that is all for now, and I hope to have more information very soon.
Just checked and found out that Dreamhost, where many of our email accounts are hosted is having technical difficulty, which means that those email accounts are inaccessible. Hopefully this’ll be resolved soon. Until then, the following link shows updates from their server.
Rachael and I are attending FantaSciCon this weekend in Dalton, GA. We are currently sitting at our table at the con with merchandise for sale. Across from us are fellow authors Ed Crandell and D. A. Adams, and to our left is author, Cheryell Hutton.
Combined with Rachael and me, it’s kind of scary having this much brain power in this tiny little alcove.
